# Merchant Settings (Business Profile)

# Merchant Settings

> Manage your business identity, branding, and support contact details.

Navigate to **Settings → General → Merchant settings**.

## Business Information

| Field                        | Editable?        | Description                                   |

| Trading name                 | ✅                | Display name shown across the dashboard.      |
| Trading alias                | 🔒 Contact admin | System-assigned short code for your business. |
| Legal business name          | 🔒 Contact admin | Name on your incorporation documents.         |
| Business registration number | 🔒 Contact admin | e.g. CAC/RC number.                           |
| Business industry            | 🔒 Contact admin | Set during KYB verification.                  |
| Business website             | 🔒 Contact admin |                                               |
| Country / State / Province   | 🔒 Contact admin |                                               |
| Address                      | 🔒 Contact admin |                                               |

Fields marked **Contact admin to make changes** are locked after KYB
verification for compliance reasons. Email
[support@hyperrails.io](mailto:support@hyperrails.io) to request a change.

## Business Logo

Click **Change logo** to upload your business logo (PNG/JPG, recommended
square aspect ratio). This appears on receipts and, where applicable,
customer-facing checkout flows.

## Contact Information

**Support Email** is the address HyperRails and your own sub-merchants use
to reach your team. Contact admin to change it.
