Manage your business identity, branding, and support contact details.

Navigate to Settings → General → Merchant settings.

Business Information

Trading name	✅	Display name shown across the dashboard.
Trading alias	🔒 Contact admin	System-assigned short code for your business.
Legal business name	🔒 Contact admin	Name on your incorporation documents.
Business registration number	🔒 Contact admin	e.g. CAC/RC number.
Business industry	🔒 Contact admin	Set during KYB verification.
Business website	🔒 Contact admin
Country / State / Province	🔒 Contact admin
Address	🔒 Contact admin

Fields marked Contact admin to make changes are locked after KYB verification for compliance reasons. Email support@hyperrails.io to request a change.

Business Logo

Click Change logo to upload your business logo (PNG/JPG, recommended square aspect ratio). This appears on receipts and, where applicable, customer-facing checkout flows.

Contact Information

Support Email is the address HyperRails and your own sub-merchants use to reach your team. Contact admin to change it.
